hi can anyone help me out here. My belt is rubbing on the outside edge of the drive pulley I've tried adjusting the the rear wheel with no effect  if I roll the bike backwards the belt moves to the inside of the wheel pulley.  do I have a gearbox alignment problem or is this normal. Rear wheel is aligned spot on and it's still running to the outside. Any help is appreciated.
