the evo is the only one i thats been on the road, i imported the shovel approx a year ago and haven't got around to registereing it yet, the good thing about these rubber mounted 5 speeds is their rideability, i also have a couple of shovel rigid mount 4 speeds and a rubber mounted 5 speed ( '81 flt shovel ),  the rubber mounted 5 speed wins hands down, smoother ride and you can ride faster, the old 4 speed shovels feel good at 90kph, the faster you go, the more they vibrate, plus you have the fear of not being able to pull it up, whereas the flt will comfortabley cruise at 110kph, and the brakes are slightly better, however the flt has a lot lesser "cool factor" than the old flh's, nothing says harley davidson more than a shovel at idle, the late model bikes just dont do the brand justice,

Meet 'Rubie'. She's my 2013 Dyna FXDF. I've added a few bits and pieces since I picker her up new three years ago. She is defiantly a work in progress. Both rider and bike are both evolving. To what end? I'm not sure yet? But I am enjoying the journey.

Bucky, keep parking the Fatty outside like that and you'll need more than a paint job. Can I suggest a shed first...... wink
