Love the site

I have 2 Harleys, a 99 Sportster Sport and a 42 WLA

 

The WLA has bwwn in a shed fo the past 32 years

Back then I got it going for its owner but it never left the shed after I returned from my ride :-)

Am going to bring it back to life again, so am interested in your thoughts

Do I restore to Army?

Do I keep as easy rider chopper?

Do I pull down and restore every component - facory spec or

Do i get it going, pump up the tyres and ride??

I will post progress here if I can work out pics and if its OK to post every few days on progress

Spot on pauly. I get sick of seeing that shit on car forums. It's like the poster is trying to bait others on the forum with "what should I do"? Anyway, welcome, and as been said, it's your bike, you do with it what you want.

One thing I have learnt in my short time on Harley's is that they are the perfect bike for being individual with.

I would just do what you want to do, not what someone else wants to do.
