need help started bike this morning all ok rode 400m shut it down then went to start it would not start then all of a sudden sounded like everything locked up tried again grating sound in the primary wile turning over but it started rode home seem to be running fine shut it down still has grating sound when turning over 1000kms ago had a primary leak had new seals and starter clutch installed any ideas what has let go 

mate take the primary cover off and have a look, could be several things, loose clutch or primary chain, but would not keep starting bike until you have a look, very easy.

Thanks bobby I'm taking it back to the dealer in case work that was done has let go should be under warranty if starter clutch is gone will post it when I find out
