Hilly's on the right track,,,,,,,,,the hole might be quite large,,,,,as in, the supply line has come off the fuel pump, hence fuel being recirculated by the pump within the tank and not to the fuel supply line.

Had something similar... dealer prised hose clip back too far and meant wouldn't hold hose. Have to take console inspection plate off. Turn ignition and if tank is full enough you'll see bubbles. I have manual for 2007 Dyna if needed. I'll pm my number

Spoke on the phone... it's blowing bubbles in a a tank that's not very full, so in my opinion it's unlikely the filter. The manual is not that clear on the hose from the pump to the outlet on the tank... but my guess it's come off at the outlet point, but that area is not covered.

lol.. when I was using Bullet Racing in WA to service my bike, he was told by Frasers at the time that he was the only person that purchased filters... doesn't surprise me. I paid to have my filter replaced any time I had work done on tank... good investment me thinks
