I wouldn't waste my time or money with thundermax, and I'm speaking from experience. Useless POS.

Where this Thundermax unit may be of use , I know of 2 guys here in Perth riding used ex-US grey imports

One a 2007 FXSTSSE Screamin eagle springer CVO

The other a 2008 Nightrain with multiple go faster bits

NEITHER came from the US with the stock ECM , so those guys are stuck with Thundermax effectively.

If either Tmax fucks up then this would be the best way forward for them. Stock ECM and O2 sensors would be a crazy price new from HD

I have REMOVED several T max units before now , speedos dropping out , rough running , SHIT fuel consumption etc etc and refitted the stock OEM ECM and O2 sensors , and retuned the bikes using original SERT and TTS depending on the age of the bikes.

Those guys all still had the stock ECM , thankfully for them

As I've said , this used unit (if it's working!) would maybe suit someone who does not have their original gear to refit

If you had to buy a NEW factory ECM AND a Screamin eagle race tuner you'd be way over a grand , I'd hate to think !
