It's not technically my first post, I snuck one in on Rik's Central Coast thread, but thought I'd do a formal one here anyway.

I'm a total Harley newbie, know next to nothing about them, but like everyone else here, I know what I like.

I picked up a 2016 Breakout from Luke at Central Coast Harley. Just before I signed on the dotted line, I got it fitted with Harley's Screamn' Eagle Stage 5 Tire Shredder kit. I couldn't be happier. Glad I got the kit too, just need a grippier seat so I don't slip off the back when I give it some now ;-)

So G'day all, no doubt will see some of you out there soon. Cheers, Mal.

    Will do.

One of the reasons I went with this kit (the street version of it) was that warranty is maintained. Hopefully I wont need to test it though.

I went for another ride today (it only has a few hundred kms on it now) and it rips once it hits around 3400 RPM. Pulls like my 300hp Jetski! Love it.

My only complaint (and der) is I might be wearing the pegs down fast if I keep scraping them too many times. But all good, I'll assimilate into the Harley way of cruising very soon.

That's probably going to take me 3-4 years to do that many k's? I'd be ok to do a rebuild every 3-4 years. That's probably double the time I'd get out of the jetski and KTM at the moment. Let's hope I don't break it before then lol

Sorry, the race tune is about 10 or so more HP. No doubt a bit more torque too. Just a different tune I think.
