good that the rocker lockers have reduced the noise
I know you were a bit sceptical about their effectiveness
if there is noise due to clearance between the rocker bolts and shafts they will fix it
if there is noise coming from somewhere else they won't

sounds a lot quieter than mine mate, your pipe sounds nice. Here is my loud thing bit of echo coming off the roller door but yeah. Might upgrade my system down the track I think.

No worries Hilly. Sorry, I remember seeing the fibreglass / muffler tape contained in the paper (in an instructional) to get it inside the muffler. I didn't see how plumped up it was under the tape. Cheers

Actually. Isn’t using an open end cap undoing the plate number thing. Doesn’t increase or decrease back pressure.

Grass not growing up there Hilly ?
    Good job
I 'd go the open end cap too
not sure about efficiency, but certainly sounds like a bike should

Theses are the GMR 600s I am running
Quite a few reckon they were a tweak of the TMan 590s

I like what you're doing. Very innovative. But I'd be cautious of changing the size of the hole in the open end cap as the size of the hole and the concave shape of the cap are like that for a reason. If you're not getting enough flow add more discs. Those end caps aren't cheap for what they are either
