    Rekun yer fudgin there bloke.
I can see the Tip-Ex line where the torque REALLY was ;-)

Good clear numbers mate. Your ruling needs work.
We expect improvement with young Master Hilly as he matures.

    You know the drill, wink.

That does look better mate, even though the old one looked good as well.
I also liked the stainless manifold pipes as well with the Black Mufflers.

Ahh, I read back a bit and their black Shields.

    HD Forums Australia - Dyno_Sheet_2.jpeg

Here's one of the early sheets of my old 95" build, 10.2:1 95" TW31 42mm Mikuni  with stock valve Hallam ported heads for comparison.

With some more work, it managed about 99tq/95hp and flattened the torque curve between 3.5 - 5 k (dont have a good sheet)

What surprises me with your sheet is how the Torque curve drops of so early. Something is not playing well together.

I think the small overlap may be killing things esp' with the big valve heads. Would love to see what some old trusty TW55's woud do as a bolt in ( or even SE-259 !) .  But we don't ride Dyno sheets, and I bet it feels like a nice all-round boost.

Still planning on running the TW32's Hilly ?
The old trusty TR590 would work really well with the new piston's , or the GMR 577 or 600 would do well.
Just choose where you want your power (577 would be a torque monster) .

I don't think its as much the stretch as the actually thickness .
From memory, the larger intakes use the same flange , but the gasket is thinner, as in cross section.

Definitely worth a try to get some noise out of the new build until you get the correct seal !!
Just use a decent slather of grease on the seal.
