Not much fun riding through Shitney in the rain. Looks like blue skys for the rest of the week though. Did you's do thunderbolts via Oxley and putty on the way down into Sydney ?

Soapbox, are you going up through the Grampians after GOR ? If so great roads but be very careful even in daytime for Roos and emus . They are very prevalent at the moment . Nearly collected a big roo in the car on Friday in the Grampians in the morning and on Sunday afternoon had two emus run across in front of me on my street glide

Left Ballarat today, across to Torquay then down the Great Oceon Road, ??, that is a trip that if you have never done, it needs to be, scenery is amazing and the twistys are a great ride. Some of the roads need attention, The wife's Spyder ?? gave the metal skid plate a workout a number of times in the middle of the road.
Pics will come when I get home, maybe Friday.
Stopped in Warrnambool for the night, Mt. Gambia then on to Adelaide, will see how we feel whether we stop or cruise on home.

Great riding in all sorts of weather and road conditions.

A true rider's tale of a long ride.

Been good to read your adventure.

    What a diverse country

Left Warnambool knowing the possible showers were on us, bleak outlook in the distant rain fell, we were lucky to only get a light sprinkle on and off till the mount, then the sky cleared up and the rest of the uneventful ride into Adelaide in a mid to high 30s.

Arrived at 17:00 right on peak hour, us country folk are not used to so many cars in on place.

No webcam here mate, the missus left the GoPro on the computer bench home, most stills were "on the run" I wish I had a left handed camera

The weather was good on the GOR, we had rain on all but 1 day on our way home, 7 in all.

We got home Friday, spent the Saturday night in Pt. Augusta for a friends wedding, Sunday home, today for the rest of the week are kicking back at the shack in Pt. Neill to have a rest and fish before I have to go back to work next week.
