    Hi all,

I am currently throwing some dosh at my bike and would like your opinion.

I own a 2013 96ci street bob and have already completed the basic stage 1 kit with Air, Pipes and mapping.

I am now looking at getting a cam upgrade.

What are my options? Daytona Powersports offer a Cam upgrade for $1250

do you see much gains with a basic cam upgrade? I have know idea what to expect but i am alsways wanting more

What does that $1,250 include? Is it just cams and adjustable pushrods? Probably so. May need to consider, lifters, bearings, dyno tune too

The Screamin' Eagle 255 cam will give excellent low down power and torque

(It's the stock fitment cam in the CVO models )

Also a good range of calibrations or "MAPS" in the files with your tuner

That and you can buy good used 255 cams for $200 on ebay from time to time

I got a "used" set for my mate's 96 cube 2007 Heritage , tuned it using the original SERT and he reckons it's a "new bike"

I have the same setup and run the Andrews 57s. Love em! Great pull and great lumpy idle. I did the entire install with Quicky Rods - all good! :)
