The new range of Bonneville's have been released and I have to say - they look pretty good.

1200cc, 8 valve, fly by wire, traction control, ABS, slipper clutch etc etc.

The new Thruxton R spec (USD forks, brembo's etc) would look good in my shed.

Triumph have thrown down the gauntlet to Ducati and Harley here. A big lift in technology, looks, power output and noise! Expect to see a few less Harley's sold and more people going British in the next 12 months as these new bikes hit the road.

I have a couple of HD's and it still amazes me how low tech some of them are and how poor some of the OEM kit is. Eg: standard seat on pre-2015 Sportster, all Street Bobs, 48, Iron, etc etc - rubbish.

Standard shocks on pre-2015 Sportsters (and brakes) - rubbish. Sidestands on every Harley i have rode - absolute rubbish.

Lucky they look cool and sound great. yes

We could run a post here of all the crap that HD owners change as soon as they buy the bike....bars, exhaust, seats.......

I have a Tiger Explorer XC 1200 as well as my Harleys and the fucking thing screams. Love riding it, but the heart will always be with the H_D
