harley davidson 110ci upgrade kit cost?

    i think da barrells are to thin @ da skirt only 0.035" thick ?, but would Harley bring them out if there would be a problem.

    What type of HP and Torque are you after? A well set up Stage 2 will get you 96hp and 106 Torque at the rear wheel. Not that much outlay. Get your heads flowed or new heads you can expect 120hp and torque. A good job you could expect to pay 5k. Prodyno at Slacks Creek did my work. I'm not an expert, Bang for bucks a good stage 2 is alot of fun.

    .035" is .89mm for non machinists like me . Fuck that is thin , what thickness is the older type barrells that require case machining ?

    0.060" is mim on a skirt

    Fuck you lot are to conservative. Several years ago it was ya couldn't go 107 the spigot will be to thin, it won't last, ya won't be able to have them rev high. Well theres plenty of 107cuber cruising around now and I bet there will be plenty of 110cubers cruising around in the future.

    There is some boys in the states been boring stock cylinders to 110cuber for a few years now

    Harley now have drop in 110 kits for the 103, check out the Harley web site. I doubt the cheap ass pressed crank will last long though.
