Hi all,can anyone tell me how they go about putting iron on patches on a leather vest?can you iron them on without wrecking the leather or is there another way? Cheers

I've never really had an issue with iron on patches and it wrecking the leather. I have had sub-par products that didn't stick well but even then if you are careful with the iron it shouldn't do anything to the leather in my experience.
These days I just get stuff embroidered because i have found that decent iron on patches are more expensive to produce so sometimes the cost of embroiding a non-iron on patch is a better option

Just sew it on if that is an option.

Get your mummy to sew them on.
