I have fitted a new set of indicator switches to my 88 Softail. Unlike the original ones these only stay on while holding down the switch.
Is there a way to make them work like the original switches?
    Cheers Jack

Yep put them in the bin and put a new oem ones in I've been down that road too ended up changing the indercator
Ones back to the oem ones if you look around eBay USA u can still get nos oem ones I know Harley Aus don't do them
Any more I tried about a year ago And went eBay USA that do cost but worth it in my opinion it's sucks riding and holding the bloody switch on

    Thanks for that mate,
Looks like I will have to hunt for a set of OEM switches.
Not to keen on having to hold down the switch all the time.

Why did you change them in the first place.?
I found a complete set left & right with wiring up in Brisbane $450 plus about $13.00 postage.

I changed to chrome switches and housings as my original ones were worn and tired looking.
Had a look at those ones you put up and they are later model switches.
Thanks for looking though mate, appreciate it.
