    Gday all,

My 09 FXDF, swopped my SE slip on's over for my rush slip on's and got a lot of vibration ? never had this before.

After test ride returned home and checked her out 2 header bolts were a bit loose.Tightened them up. Next Undid the bolts below and locked them all back up. A lot better but still noticable bit more vibration then the SE pipes I did play with the exhaust bracket near the gearbox. mmm.

Anybody shed some light on this. Cheers

I have found that if you install the exhaust to the service manual letter ,starting with new seals and use the process in the order printed you can't go wrong unless there are parts involved that are not correct.
I have seen plenty of exhaust systems that look like they are on the piss and leaking, just begging to be started at the start of the process and finished at the end of it.

    Thanks bro,
One thing I forgot was to replace the exhaust clamps I'm doing that now. They are a use once item. See how we go.
