    Guys,

I need some help with some mods for my new 2014 103 Streetbob. i have only recently bought her and already I have a list of mods I want to do do her as she is pretty stock.

I bought the bike with V&H big radius and thats just about all its got. So as you can imagine it backfires alot and i know it needs a stage 1 air intake kit and some kind of tuning. I dont know enough about these products to make a decision based on past expiriences.

What is everyone recommending when it comes to openning up the air and mapping?

Im currenty looking at V&H grenade for air and dynojet power commander v for tuning.

How does the HD screaming eagle gear compare to other after market products? whos had good results ?

I went with an Arlen Ness big sucker - the one that can be hidden behind a stock air cleaner cover.
There are way too many choices though. Just be aware that many of them don't like rain, at least your bike wont.

And simple rule on any forum is head to the introdction section (most forums have them) and introduce yourself. Check out a few posts in their to see what's a normal intro, usually something like "hi my name is Eggbert, I'm from north Bumfuck and just bought a Dax Honda 90 that I'm hoping to pass off as a Softail, which obviously wont be too hard."

It shouldn't back fire, check that the Exhaust is not leaking at the Exhaust Ports at the Heads, If there leaking that normally why there is Back Fire
