anyone know how or where i can get the street tuner software without a serial # to download it  i want to read into it a bit before i decied to get one

My tip is dont buy one. You wont have enough control of your desired tune. The maps that you can use are not good at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong ,,, I thought that they stopped making the street tuner , (black box) , and only sell the SE race tuner, (orange box), in Australia anyway ....

I thought the same thing but a few dealers seem to have been selling them. (real cheap) I have been getting enquiries from people that have bought them asking me to tune them.

  Seems like Harley still make the Street Tuner..  The most recent Street Tuner and the SE Super Tuner ,( also called the SE Race Pro Tuner),  are both orange in colour , (to confuse we mere  mortals)..   

Some basic info comparing both Harley tuners ....

From the info below, if you wanted a custum tune done by a professional tuner using a HD tuner , the Super Tuner is the only one to buy...

If you only wanted to tweek your stock tune , or after upgrade to , (say , stage 1 or  stage 2),  both have the smart tune feature , which should  get your bike to a reasonable tune. Not as precise and detailed as a custum tune, but would suite some....    

well now the V&H tuner is off the bikes running realy well so I may hang of for a while thanks for the input guys I know what to look for now

Just picked up my new FXDB on Friday and had a few things done to it. The tuner I received was a Super Tuner Pro orange in colour which I presume is the same as what this topic is about
