gday got a 2010 street bob and last  night was pissed with the boys and ripped a skid and bike was fine then when i stopped the burn rolled back a littlle bit and let the clutch out again it wouldnt go so parked it up and thought she will be right in the morning. today i went out started the bike fine all seemed normal pulled clutch in clicked into 1st and let clutch out and same thing wouldnt go. is this a tran problem or a clutch problem and can any advise me on what to check first. drive belt and spockets seem fine so was thinking either clutch or tran? any help would be great

Sounds like you fried your clutch instead of the back tyre best not touch the bike when your pissed :-)

Sounds like you have sheared the final drive gear inside the tranny... The fact that you can put it into 1st sort of indicates that the clutch is okay.
