Quick intro. Have a 2015 street bob, blacked out, stage 3 kit, all the normal ad ons.

I want to put a tachometer and shift light on. But Harley have informed me since the introduction in 2011 of CANBUS there screamin eagle ones are not compatible. 

I have seen a few threads on here referring to this issue. But have not seen anyone that has successfully hooked one up. Apologies if I have missed another thread with my question answered.

even if a auto eleckie needs to hard wire one. 

Anyone else out there that has hooked one up, help would be appreciated. Cheers
