    Hi All

I have a bell custom 500 openface helmet (new) , black mask and fuglies glasses.

I find that the glasses really dig into the side of my head when riding and is very uncomfortable, anyone else experience this ?

    anything I can do ?

Also even with the passing on the glasses i find it to be irrating with the wind on my eyes ? any tips ?

    Thanks All

I find that some glasses combined with some helmets do that to me, I always try on a new helmet with my glasses on and try on new glasses (or sun glasses) with my helmet on.

FWIW some sunglasses have flexxy thin arms which reduce the problem you're having and some helmets have more space to the sides.

I have the same helmet and same glasses with the same problem.
Changed glasses and no more problem.
I also have one of those silly looking tinted bubble shield and its great.
Almost as quiet as my full face and no more putting sun screen.
Dont even need glasses at all.
Tried the 5 and 3 stud bell shields and they are noisy, so back to the bubble.
    Sorry about babbleing on.
    Cheers.

Try on a few different types of safety glasses at a workwear shop to get a good fit. They've always worked for me, are cheap and the arms aren't too thick or hard so don't dig in to your head.

I used to wear my favourite sunglasses that I have managed not to lose for almost 10 years but I had the same problem 48. I tried a pair of safety specs that my employer so kindly donated to me and hey presto! problem solved. You don't really need polarized goggles unless your going fishing

I wear the ESS Suppressor sunglasses, they are a military ballistic glasses designed to fit under comm gear, approved for use by the military.

Here is the youtube extreme test, definetly the glasses to have on when a rock hits you in the eye  at speed.

    No fogging either,

    Hi All

This morning , I tried on the helmet with the glasses and it was fine. The culprit is the neoprene mask! . I purchased it from Aldi when they had the bike gear sale on , it covers the ears and pins the glasses to my head. I will have to adjust it lower or not wear it and eat bugs, apparently they are high in protein lol

I use a pair of Bolle safety glasses, different to the ones mentioned above. The ones I wear have a metal frame and arms but they fit really well with my bell 500 and mask
