A couple of members on here had HD Half Moon Footboards on their Fatbobs, the same type as seen on the Softy Slim. Not sure if those guys are still active on here, but wanting to know if they were a straight fit, or was a bit of modding and fab required? 

For anyone wondering, I'm looking to fit mine out as a tourer of sorts, saddlebags, screen etc to make the long hauls a bit more comfortable.

Use the search button and search for "street bob slim". I think that's what you're after although that needed a bit more work as the street bob controls had to be moved forward. No such issue with a fatbob though

I have the half moon footboards on my Fatbob.

The footboards come in a kit from the dealer.  They are the same as on the Switchback.   The kit has all brackets and standard footboards included.  I went out and bought the half moon boards after I fitted mine.

This kit wont fit with the standard exhaust.  You need an exhaust that sits higher than the rear mount holes where midrange footpegs would mount on the frame if you had them.

other than that, I love them.  Love the look and love the ride.
