Ok, have a bit better info now. As Speedster posted earlier, hese new 110 kits feature a steel sleeve which is what the spigot is machined from. Not cast iron ....

They should be quite a good thing so go for it!!

    you're in again Squid!!

Ha ha I'd stick with my 106 even if they were giving it away.

No I guess I'd take it and keep it on the shelf lol

Gnoo did you get quote for those parts mate? I'm waiting for a my dealer to be back at work tomorrow to get some pricing, but if you got the as a quote then I guess that will be the ball park figure I get too. I'd be happy to spend $1600 if that also included gaskets

$1,600 is about double the cost of an s&s 106 or 107 kit. A lot of extra money for 3 or 4 ci over the s&s kit

Doesn't the 110 kit come with:

4" flat top pistons team with the stock cylinder heads to produce a performance enhancing 10.5:1 compression ratio
The high-lift SE-585 cam produces a boost in torque throughout the RPM range
Includes 4" bolt-on cylinders, high compression pistons and rings, SE-585 cams, Perfect Fit pushrods, high capacity tappets, and high performance valve springs
Also includes a heavy-duty clutch spring and a top end gasket kit"

that's not bad with cams, push rods, lifters etc.. But what is the AU price??

Fatbob I've already taken mine to 103. So in my mind, another 7 cubes seems worthwhile, another 3-4 starts to seem a bit pointless to me.

Dyno not sure if you've read the whole thread? The sleeves aren't your typical cast material, it's of a high grade steel, so reliability is not compromised

I do agree though $1600 is still a lot of money for 7 more cubes

Daggs my guess would be that whole kit for around the $2500 mark. It's $1800 or so US

I haven't been able find any more info on those finer details. If the price is right I'll be the test dummy

Cheers Gnoo, I'll let you know if I get a cheaper price up here. I dare say it'll bd the same though.

Well I orded the 110 gear, a bit of $1600. With our dollar crashing it's only going to go up in price. It arrives in Australia in a couple weeks then by the time it gets all the way up my end it'll probably be about 3 weeks from now

Apparently those dyno chart numbers on those hd pages are only with the street tuner, they said youll get a bit more out of them with a proper dyno tune.

    Cyls are 16800102
So now work out if rings harder / different
And why the cvo pistons interfere
I'm htcc so 4" are hard to find

Meant to have it in a few days but the arrival date has been pushed back twice now, I got to wait another fortnight, possibly more if they keep pushing it back. Frustrating

Any further updates on these kits? I've got a stock 96" so it might be an interesting upgrade. Will talk to the guys at ABW to get a quote.
