    And welcome to you too.
Anyhoo, not to piss you off with a simplistic idea, but the pipes are done up tight, right? If they aren't done up tight enough they pop on decal no matter what you do.

I had major backfiring on decel with similar setup and powervision.
I have most of it sorted now so I may be able to help.
    Where are you?

Download the tts mastertune user manual and have a read of the info on cause and removal of decel pop. It explains it better than anywhere else and provides a few good options

Your pipes are the hardest to stop decel popping in my experience , (I'm assuming Big radius curved true duals and not Big Shot staggered with the balance pipe )

V&H pipes have a bit of a backfiring rep and they do live up to it if they are banged on without tuning, as do many others.
I used to take it as gospel that V&H are hard to make stop but I no longer believe that as that is not my experience at all, I have helped blokes with, side shots, short shots, big shots staggered, big radius two into ones and two into twos, no more backfire on any of them, now I'm no tuning guru by any means and haven't used Power Vision but it is held up by many to be the ducks guts, as to what I think of that it does not matter, it should be more than capable of mapping your VE's and that is where you need to start, as Fatbat suggested, download the TTS manual and have a good read, if that's not something you can get your head around take the bike to a reputable tuner and get it done, no offence intended mate.

hi locks ,i agree with you comments  backfireing is either , exhaust leak ,or tuneing issue at idle rpm ,, i have had 50 bikes here with those pies 2-2 big radius and after tuneing no issues with decel pop , i have  not found them to any worse than most pipes , ruff ,have you tried adding fuel to idle rpm range , this may help , cheers

    Hi Ruf,
Seems like you have done all the usual checks. If you email me your map I can fix the decel pop for you. But I will say the Power Vision maps are like all the other USA generated down load maps. Not a bad starting point but a long way from where you need to be. I have tested hundreds of maps over the years and none of them work the way they should. Do yourself a huge favor and find a good Dyno tuner and he will sort out the whole map not just the decel area.
    Email. easternbigtwin@bigpond.com
    Cheers,
    Brian
