Hey fellas.  As you know I ride with a Military Club.  We are hosting a Poker Run in aid of one of our blokes who was killed last year riding his bike.  He left behind 3 young kids in Vic, so we are raising money for his kids.  Bills Motor Cycles have said they will sponsor the run as he worked for them at the time.  So if you have time feel free to join along for the ride.  More info as it comes at the link in the picture.

This will be my first Poker run, what's involved in such shindig

Iron turn up pay $25 and collect 5 cards during the run then best hand wins 1st. We are sorting out prizes atm. I know I have a voucher from Rhino Leather coming in the mail. Bills MC are sponsoring the run this year ( Diesel Worked for them) We are going in tomorrow to see the manager to sort out prizes that they have promised.

My club is very new at this so bare with us. All proceeds are going to his 3 daughters over in Melbourne. Over all the distance is around the 160k mark finishing at the Colonel Light Gardens RSL for a BBQ and drinks.

We ran the route on Monday this week. Hopefully Sunday at 1000h on South Road will be a bit more sedate. But we have plans in place. Hey we are all Ex Mil so we are organised.. LOL....FFS...
