Choc from Canberra here.. just got my first Harley three weeks ago. I went for a 2011 Iron 883 with a few basic mods and low k's rather than forking out full price for a brand newy and then having to spend more the mods etc...
So far , It's got Vance and Hines short shots, lowered progressive shocks, Rough Crafts diamond stitched single seat and air filter, Biltwell drag bars... and a couple of little things like Willie G grips, derby, timing, fuel cap.
First good weather last weekend so I took her out with a couple of my mates and their V rod 'muscle', V rod's and a 1200 sporty... for basic around town riding I had no dramas keeping up and I was definately the loudest.
Really happy with the bike, although my neighbours probably dont feel the same way..
Thinking of getting some Black spoked wheels and whitewalls when i kill the current tyres and a 1200 kit once I'm totally comfy with her.
