The original brochure for the 2009 National rally in Launceston has a Jap bike on the front cover.
I have one of the original brochures, Its a laugh, the printers musta had a go at the Hog Girls in Syd a Knee.
I notice the new brochure has a Vrod on the front.

Lookin forward to it, I went last year to Nuri and had a blast, but skipped Lennox in favor of the mission to the center.

I dare say my old man and his mates will make the trek down from the Alice, they're always keen to ride on roads that have corners from time to time. And the roads and countryside in Tas are meant to be a pretty cool experience.

I reckon the Spirit of Tasmania might be transporting a bike or two that week. Would probably pay to book early.

Bugger that! Recliners????? if the seas are rough and there are 40 ft waves you might rethink those bloody recliners mate.
Do they bolt em down (the recliners) for the rough weather?
I might throw in four tie downs per bike in the bags just incase.
I have heard Navy people that have fought battles in every sea around the globe and they reckon that the bass straight is the worst roughest bit of sea.

We are pissed off about having to cancel our trip to the Tassie rally.
Shell is just not up to the trip yet and I ain't gunna push her.
Her bike still isn't back and the physio says it'll be a few more weeks before her leg is stong enough to handle the weight of the bike.
So we cancelled our bookings for the boat and our accom.
Have a great rally probly see ya's on the next one.
