I went to aldi for the missus and they put out some more stock, managed to grab the face mask (balaclava looked shit)... went to try it out this morning...jumped on bike this morning and click click click... not enough charge... might have a bodgy battery or something... sigh,,,,

That place is crazy. I had heard it sometimes gets busy there when a popular sale was on but I couldn't believe what I saw. Got to my local store at 825 and already 90-100 people lined up waiting to get in. By 830 another 30-40 showed up. I saw at least 3 guys FILLING UP trolleys with Bike stuff.. I bought a fair bit but also returned a bit. Bought and Kept the matte black Full Face for my kids(and for that occasional freezing winter run for me) I've never worn a full face before and must say I don't like the reduced peripheral vision much. Wont use it much and I guess I will get used to it. It was much warmer on the way to work the other day though. The Marino sweater was good, the socks were good, and I think the thermals are a winner but haven't tested them out yet. Got a balaclava and leather jacket as well. Jury is still out whether the jacket will go back. I have found another one online and I haven't worn the Aldi one yet. Doesn't really matter if I wear it or not i guess as Aldi has a 2 month no questions asked returns policy.

I got in line at 8am and bought some of the Southern Comfort they had on sale.
Their Sherry isnt bad either at $4.99 a bottle.
