Just got my ebay Chin Special Lowers and installed them last night!

All up pretty impressed considering the cost! $200 US over $950 Aus for the Genuine HD ones!

Few little things i would change but all in all good value! Just need to paint them up in Charcoal Pearl i think.

They look like the real deal from the photos, now you need to get a painter to rip you for $650 to paint them......no

Tim SG got some (dont know if through Ebay) that had speakers where the little pocket is. They look and sound fantastic. Perhaps he'll post a pic.

I reckon, I'd leave them gloss black or try and paint them myself to save some serious cash. If you fail, you can get them professionally painted after.

Look good. Are they attached via a quick detach kit or more permanent fixtures? Also can you adjust for venting?

Curious about Chinese eBay lowers but wasn't sure about quality or the "finished vivid black paint job" as my new bike is vivid black. Found this site in the USA which also does copies, vents and if expect the paint should be more. But they will cost a bit more.

So far I'm tossing up between Kjetdirect.com for about $450 AUD delivered or the genuine Harley ones which will be about $950.
Have tried mutazu and fairing factory online shops in USA but they are hopeless at even replying to contact and when they do they sound dodgy. They don't inspire confidence!

One of life's early lessons is you generally get what you pay for, if you can afford it go the originals. sure you could get the minimum 10% off through

    your dealer.

Agree with above comments. Went to dealer and spoke about the oem ones today.
The ones I was looking at for $450 aud included vented fairing lowers painted in vivid black and clear coated, permanent fixture kit and also the quick detach kit. They're from a shop in California with an address, phone number and operated by a bloke with an Anglo name who replies promptly to emails in fluent English. So a little more confidence inspiring than the cheaper ones on eBay that some Trevor is selling who has none of those things going for him.

But I'm starting to lean towards the oem Harley ones.

Not in any major rush as I've spent enough money in the last week on bike, docking kit, seat, wind deflectors, sanchos wings, lower triple tree air deflector, windshield, workshop manual, service. Probably other stuff too but can't remember.
Gotta buy new handlebars next as a priority as the oem ones on mine are pulled as far back as possible and still have me sitting really upright with my arms stretched out. Bloody ridiculous they are

That deflector is a lot different for a Roadie Pauly . The air is a lot different coming up from the forks than our Streetys .

I got the Neverland Aus version from ebay. Complete Crap. The plastic is dull, the fitting instructions show a range of hardware that is nothing like what is sent. They do not provide the bolts to attach the lower part of the fairing to the bike nor do they provide the bolts to attach the vents to the fairing.

Live and learn. Steer clear of Neverland Aus on Ebay. I am having trouble loading pics to show you all. Their reply to requesting the right hardware is laughable
    This is their response:

    neverland-aus: Hi, there, nice day.
thanks for your kindly understanding, for this issue, may i know is it possible to fix it in your local side, and could you kindly tell us the fix cost first, we will try our best to cover the cost if it is not too much . hope to hear from you soon. if you have other better suggestion, you can feel free to contact us,we will try our best to satisfied with you. Any problem we will try our best to solve it until you satisfied, pls no worry about it,also hope u can kindly do us a favor that not leaving negative/neutral feedback or open case against us before contact us, it means a lot for us, hope you can understand. Best regards Shiny

How much did these crap ones cost?

I ended up ordering the genuine Harley ones. Bloody Harley they don't even give you glove box doors or flaps with their lowers. You gotta buy these on top of the $900 lowers ffs

The plastic parts have been put in a box for when I have time to find the parts needed to put these things together. The pictures explain themselves.
