New in here , I live in regional WA.

For almost as long as I can remember I've talked/dreamt of owning a Harley

Its changed over the years from a Fatboy to Heritage softail to Road King and now Ultra.

I'm probably a month or so from making this happen

I got my eye on either 2008 Aniversary or a 2010 maybe a 2011 Ultra Classic.

The 08 I'm nor sure if they are grey imports or not and sadly they're others states.

Do grey imports recieve the same Compliance sticker as dealer imports and are they placed in the same location?

What's the concessus between say an 08 96ci a 2009-10 96ci and a 2011 103ci.

Imports VIN starts with a 1.
Aust VIN with a 5.
Compliance sticker will be on the frame with all details on there, its generic to dealer or private import, happy hunting for your bike.
