My first ride. 2013 softail slim with few mods....

I am 6ft and find the forward controls to close. Looking at 3 inch extensions.    Wondering how tall are others that have extensions?  Bike has ABS, do you need a dealer to reset ABS or bleed the brake line?  How much for a dealer to supply and install roughly?
