    Hi All

When I go to ride my bike i walk it down the street not to piss off people in my street.

I put the HD fob in and move the bike however the aralm beeps then it goes off.

does anyone know why this is happening ?

i thought the alarm should deactiate this as soon as I put the key in .

    any advise would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Pounds to peanuts it's a flat battery in your key fob. From memory, they are a CR2032.

    Cheers,

it's the fob battery mate ( as said already !)

$4/5 from the HD dealer , or you can buy them in a twin pack at any Coles or Woolies supermarket

I now carry 2 at any given time , not so much for me as riding mates when you're in the back of bumfuck...

As above as stated ,, Your fob battery looks as if it needs replacing .. Take old battery with you to shop and replace with same !!! And make sure you install the new battery in the fob the right way up !!!!!

With regard alarm and beeping noise,, you can have security set to, chirp mode or chirpless mode.. (in any mode the security system is still activated) ... Info is in owner manual to change modes .. If you cant find owners manual, ride passed a dealer , will take all of 2 minutes ...
