G'day, just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from RB racing? I bought my bike with the pipes already fitted and am going to change them to the stock ones shortly to pass rego inspection needed to change from NSW to NT. I went onto RB racing website to order a kit with exhaust gaskets, flanges, clips and nuts. It looks pretty straight foreward until I get to the payment section asking me to message through my credit card details and the 3 digit number (CCV) on the back. Im not sure if this is a good idea or not? Has anyone bought anything from these guys?

    Cheers

Hey cheers mate. I checked them out and they don't take direct deposit to their account. It seems the only way they do, is if you are buying a turbo kit 7-9 grand and if you do it incurrs a 50 buck fee on top. Never come across this before. I may have to grin and bare the yanky accent and give them a call. I'm sure I'm on the right website but it just doesn't sit right.

    cheers

is there something special/different about their gaskets, flanges clips and nuts?
the exhaust ports on the engine are all the same on your model so therefore the fittings I assume would also be the same no matter what manufacturer.
you buy the gaskets that suit the engine not the pipes wouldn't you?

I would try and source an alternative

This is what the gasket looks like. Seems to be totally different to the standard one. If you scroll down on the link there is a picture of it on the pipe. https://www.rbracing-rsr.com/downloads/LSR21Sportster.pdf

Chris, they have been around for some time. Just make sure they have the parts in stock. I looked at getting an exhaust for my shovel FXR and it was going to take 3 months........ Ended up having a local exhaust mob build a custom pipe for me. Check around for an aussie supplier if you can. Cheers

Just get some Screamin eagle exhaust gaskets and genuine exhaust nuts. or get onto rollies and get some cometic steel exhaust gaskets

can't see any reason to get the R&B stuff

The Rb gaskets are re usable, or as Ando says
Just use any flat style gasket.
