I picked up a bottle of Mothers Power Metal from an auto parts store the other day and the stuff rocks. 

I've tried removing those friggin water spots on the polished aluminium with all sorts of cleaners, nothing worked.  With this stuff they came straight off.  Gave the polished alum a great shine as well.

I highly recommend it.
