This is what happens when they have no one to answer for when they set their fines.. the fact they flat out lie about the ability to have it dismissed is bullshit too...

Been doing this for a long time. I got done 14 odd years ago with about a $580 fine at a roadside test with EPA & cops.

When I questioned them it got nasty.

They have more power than a lot of people think.

they used to be the Environmental Protection Agency
now they are the Environmental Protection Authority
AUTHORITY being the operative word here, this gives them the power
