I virtually have done the same as you, but 103, 625 S&S cams 52mm throttle body. Was running a Pro Pipe, but now have gone back to standard header pipes and S&S turbo mufflers. Heads were done by Mark Hood, tuned by Neville Lush. I got 117hp & 111 torque. This is on a 2009 Fatty and Im not a small fella. very happy with the end result.

Should be pretty good mate, will be interesting to see the results, you could have gone with a higher lift cam probably with you headwork but those S&S 585 cams are rippers, I loved mine, but I love my crane cams now even more lol

yeh daggs hoping for some good results, the guy doing the work reckons the 585s should do the job, he says we should get around 105 hp and 110 torque

I got 97/115 with stock heads when I had my 585's.
Not many (if any) builds will get over 100hp with stock heads so I was happy.
Yes you should get those numbers easy and you will love it !!

there is a new product out on the market with Screamin Eagle now, stage V 110 inch tire shredder kit. no need to have your crank case sent away for the 110 now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVvucH6kmhQ

And if you still want to push it a bit further they are also offering a 113 cubic inch kit, but they require boring your cases., and there is a 135 cubic inch crate motor out now in the Harley catalog if you want to push even harder.

I'd go a hand built solid 106/107 build before the moco's bolt in 110 kit.

I got advised not to go the 110 kit, something about being weak in the skirts also fairly expensive. still waiting for bike to be finished, cant wait like a kid in a lolly shop

Finally got my bike back today, made 103 hp and 117 ft pounds of torque, rides very nice around town and power comes on real hard at 3000rpm and pulls hard to around 5800rpm, pretty happy, tried to upload the dyno sheet but no luck i will try again once again thanks for all the good advice

thinking of changing my pipes has anyone used the F bombs by arlen ness, if so how do they perform, they look good, otherwise i will go with D&D bobcats. Also a few people i have talked to say i should be getting more from my engine build, they reckon with a bigger tb and better air filter it would produce more HP, any thoughts

Stevo i would be happy with that power & Torque you got now! I always like to test at the track see what trap speed is, forget ET just see how fast in speed traps wide open all the way. if you see 125MPH + the set up good for high 10's. what pipe have you got now? if you change TB might see more HP n less TQ. TQ is what you feel the most.

Krash i have a set of vance and hines propipes, they seem to perform well but they are seriously ugly. By the way I am happy with the way it goes, just other people telling me it should produce more

be careful about what another dyno chart may show, variation between dyno's can be up to 10% and then there is also other operator factors which can influence the HP and TQ

any boost in HP on a new laminated sheet should also correspond with significant changes to the tune file

the Pro-Pipe does improve torque 2000-4000rpm and felt it immediately when put on my bike, yeah ugly

the shape of your curves are the interesting factor and if you can post up sheet that would be great

Krash, why do you think he would lose torque and gain power with another throttle body?

Tq and hp should be crossing at 5250rpm

Curves look good, no big tq dip, would be good to see AFR table to see if VE's calibrated,
