G'day everyone, well this little story goes like this. A good mate of mine has been looking for a Harley I was seaching Ebay and I found one that he might be interested in.
Ok he liked the bike and found there contact page and he sent them a email and he received a replay back telling him that they would phone him shortly this was early on day one and no phone call yet.
Day two my mate sent another email asking what happen to the phone call that he was going to get from the sales person about this bike and he received another email telling him that he would be contacted in the few hours and that they were keen to do business with him, end of day two and no phone call.
Ok I hear a few of you asking why he didn't call them himself, and my answer is why should he, as you can see he has contacted them twice and gotten replies back saying the would phone him, they had all his contact details, phone number, email address, they are on a business plan for there phone calls he is not, the bike he is looking at is five hours drive from where he lives but if someone rung him he was will to jump in the car and go and look at it.
And now to the end of the story, my mate has decided not to buy this bike now just on principal and as he would tell you he was willing to part with $14000 to buy this bike but they could not spend a couple dollars or there time to call him, so he is still seaching and maybe the next bike he finds at a shop they will ring him back and they will make a sale.
