A few more hours on the Tank last night, It's only been a week since I last worked on it and it's got so much surface rust on it already, Good thing of got a bottle of Deoxidiser some where in the shed
I started with some 2-1/8 Exhaust Tube and cut it down the middle then welded the sides on to it, it is a much better way than trying to bend a sheet of steel to make a tunnel

One thing that I have been struggling with is if I was making the right decision using Stock Sportser Wheels .
Iv'e been looking at them for ages trying to work out away to make them better.
I think I came out with a good solution, Very happy now
It was a little bit of mucking around to make a Jig to hold the Wheels in my Pedestal Drill but well worth all the trouble

Hey Walka that rim looks pretty good! Adds a bit of bling to the cast look.
Mods like that are cheap, easy and look sweet. Im amazed at how most blokes these days just fork out mega bucks for an off the shelf "custom" part. Even simply rubbing back and polishing out casting marks can bling up a bike 100%.
