hey all, just wondering if any one else has had an issue with front brake pads?

i recently changed them over to new pads and now i have like a rattle noise like one of the pads is sitting in there loose..

when i apply the brakes a little it seems to stop, ive taken them apart and everything seems to be positioned where its surposed to be.. 

any help is much appreciated...
