I use earmould.  Google them. I run the ones with headphone lines that contain speakers piping music or gps to my ears. Plugged into my iPhone. Perfect

I use the $2 ones on long journeys with goggles and Open Face.
Otherwise I like to hear the traffic. I don't use an Ipod as when I feel like listening to music, I sing. I really like my singing.

I have 3 or 4 pair in my jacket pocket yet have never remembered to put them in.
I do have speakers in my helmet from the Scala, I also listen to the I-Pod and take phone calls.

I use the disposable foam ones on longer trips (when I remember to), they work fine as long as they are something like the right shape for me (some types I find a bit long).

I use the cheap ones , but the little barrel shaped hard ones ,, the longer ones i find did'nt go in the ear proper so i cut them in half a couple of times , that made them go i easier , but a bit too easy , i lost them , then had to go to the docs for him to get them out ,, and just because i always learn i done it again .

So now i only use the barrel shaped harder ones .
