Certainly looks the same , there are a few minor changes between the photos as in the front calipers and mag wheels but seems to be the same bike.

I think they photoshopped the Lotus images, but then also copied the styling for their own version.
I can see they have used conventional forks (not USD) and cheap shocks.

i like it  but id take the training wheels off
