The RSPCA are having there annual Cruise for Critters ride on soon.

When - Sunday 9th November 08

Where - Craigburn Primary School Murray Hill Rd Flagstaff Hill

Time - Starts at 10am (hot drinks and registration from 9am)

Course - 90 Km scenic ride through the Adelaide Hills

Destination - Frank Smith Dam Corramandel Valley (Scrumptious BBQ available at finnish)

Costs (donated to RSPCA) $15 per rider, $10 per pillion.

 

Julie & I attended this ride a couple of years ago and it wasn't a bad day out. Could be a great day to get all the SA members together to support a great organisation.

Never heard of this ride before, and I for one don't know too many people that haven't had some dealings with the RSPCA and while there are numerous worthwhile organisations with thier hands out I reckon this one has gotta be rated right up the top of the list. Reckon i'll give it a go cos all my critters have been rescued from death row and all have been great critters, obviously appreciative... he he... Cheers - Sump... Thanks sump i cant believe i got the dates mixed up. So this weekend i will go to loby and the 15.11.08 i will go on the r.s.p.c.a run.Ok sump hope to catch up this weekend at loby stay safe out there bro.

Yep, was spewing when I saw the nice weather throughout the day, I wanted to get out on the bike desperately, but it was nice to spend some time with the wife while the kids were being looked after by grandparents. Always next time....
