On Tuesday, April 28, I leave Minnesota, in the middle of the USA, and head for Rolling Thunder, May 24, in Washington D.C. I'll follow my tracks from last year, through California to meet up with the National Veterans Awareness Organization.

Our purpose (I join the National Veterans Awareness Ride-NVAR) is to visit our veterans in homes and hospitals across the country to thank them and let them know they are not forgotten.

In honor of ANZAC Day, and most days, I carry the memory of your mates also.

To all who served: Thank you for your service & Welcome Home.

To all who support: Thank you.

6gear, do you have an update of your ride? I just read the write up in American Iron Magazine and they said it had grown to a couple of hundred thousand riders! Amazing pics and would definitely be on the list of rides. Might try and do it when I get out of my current job. Close to heart that ride.

Well done mate on your efforts and time spent with the vets.

    Cheers. Bucky
