        After being flooded in  for the last 48 hours with category 2 cyclone winds  i got in the trusty hilux  got through the water and made to the courier depot to pick up the softail frame / springer front end that walka sent me up from VPW .

         Will post some photos up soon and will be after  advice on the bulding of this bike anyway thanks Walka for getting it up to me and the advice already

    have scored a motor thanks to Noah on here should be here early next week and i just picked up some rims tonight will post some pics  up tomorrow

    Hey hdbloke, watching this thread with interest (something I'd like to do myself down the track). Your car rebuilds are impressive so I'm expecting big things from you with your bike.  walka seems to be the go to man.

    Heres the wheels . they are off a 2015 dyna switchback the  woman who bought the bike went the chrome option wheels she onl y picked her bike up a week ago these havent even been used ! good ol fleabay

    got to be honest with you Walka , i sort of had an idea of what sort of bike to build in my head but with every part it seems to change and after getting these wheels i think the level of quality i had  in my head has just had the bar risen ......HIGH

    Good stuff you might have to tap the engine case at the front to mount the oil filter mount As that looks like a early evo which the oil filter mount , mounts to the frame
    And the kraftech frame hasn't got the mount.( It's a option ). So you will have to convert to the later style

    remote oil filters ! i just see braided lines nothing wrong with that

    Nothing wrong with braided or any good oil line but some mounts look shit and I have seen the chrome peeling on the inside of a aftermarket one
    But in saying that there are plenty of good ones out there your bike your choice

     dont get me wrong, thanks mate for the advice when im up to that part i will see what i like but at least now i know i have options
