I was thinking of getting a set of handlebars for the Street Bob (Z bar-ish or Bonza Bar type) and after some reading I'm getting conflicting answers as to how high they can be without having to extend cables.  One guy claims to have done 16"s without any problem, while other people say 14 is pushing it.  So...anyone done it or know?

I was also told anything 14" or under is fine (legality wise) in Vic too - true?
