Just wondering what the best product is for polishing chrome and light surface rust removal, having trouble figuring out what products to buy.

Help is appreciated

Best way to remove light surface rust on chrome is a piece of folded aluminium foil and a bit of water. Works like a charm. Once done, polish the chrome with any good polish such as autosol or McGuier's. TC

I had better luck using phosphoric acid & a nylon bristled brush purchased from Bunnings.

Apply with brush, scrub gently. Continue to refresh the phosphoric acid until rust blemish removed & then rinse thoroughly & polish. Make sure you wear rubber gloves whilst using the acid.
