Heard Blair is the second dealer today . Apparently selling new ones already ? Moving across the road to bigger premises .

Rang them and got it from the horses mouth , it will be 4-6 months probably aug and they will be up and running .. It will be interesting to see how they perform ,, From what i gather P.S and other dealers are pretty well dictated to by Harley on the price of there bikes , with very little room to negotiate ,, But they continually tend to leave a bad taste , with there ridiculously low trade in prices , and , lack of movement and gouging on there accessories .

Bike works will be pretty much the same in regards to new prices has set by Harley , its wether or not they will offer better trade in prices and do better than P.S on accessories , up till now i don't think there accessorie prices have been much different . But they certainly have ben a lot better on the mechanical prices , Everyone i spoke to and including myself have been a lot happier with the prices charged by Blair for mechanical work , and personaly i've been happy with the work done for me , its been done by the guys who used to work at the other place anyway ,

Thing id its a wait and see , , Will they give better trade in prices , will they still ogffer good mechanical services at a fair rate . Or will the extra staff , higher over heads , bigger premises and extra pretige , just turn Adelaide bike world into another big uncaring don't give a fuck dealer ..

At the moment , walk in ask to see Blair and he's gonna come out and see you , will it remain the same ... just have to wait and see .

I have used Blair at ABW since he started out. Thorough gentleman, and you ride away from the shop feeling confidant your just serviced bike is in good nick. I have a service next Tuesday. All the best to Blair, and the team in the new shop. He has also looked after my daughters Sporty.

Also recently got a good deal on an 09 Fatboy to get a mate into his first HD.

From the horses mouth yesterday morning. October 1st opening. Freshly stocked with 2016 models.

Looks like it's a week early. Opening this Saturday. Probably worth a visit.

I was talking to the guys about 2 weeks ago as I had my bike in there for a service and yes It supposed to be October long weekend opening.

And Tim you will be happy to know that Alex is working for him as well

Official opening on October 1st but open for business from this Saturday.

You have to feel a bit sorry for there staff there , there only human , there out to make a quid , but are obviously dictated too by the heierarchy ,, I've bought a few bikes there , 3 to be excact , but the 4th my last bike with them i got messed about so much i just said fuck it ,, rang PS in melbourne , asked for there best price , no trade said if its good price i'll put a deposit down now ,, he rang me back came back a full 1000 dollars cheaper and i don't mean on road costs ,, they were knocked off anyway and just given 7 days rego to ride home , but a grand cheaper ,, i just paid the deposit over the phone , we agreed what day it would be ready , i flew over in the morning 120 dollars airfare ,, taxi to the city 80 dollars , rode home along the ocean road , motel and a feed, petrol another 250 ,, all in all , a real pleasurable experience ,a weekend away , a good ride and still came out in front . easy to deal with

PS in Adelaide , well theres sales staff are dictated by what there allowed to do , and i think the management just does'nt give a hoot , I actually feel a bit sorry for there staff , lets have it right they have famillys has well , and no doubt would love to sell bikes and earn commision , but there not allowed .

Fuck PS. Adelaide. Walked in cashed up back in 2006. Asked for a bit of help to make a final decision. Got handed a photo copied price list and salesman walked back to his desk and stared into space. 1 30k sale down the drain. Bought elsewhere.

Walked in a few years later ready to upgrade. Told me to take my 25000km 4 yr old Heritage and sell it privatly then come back to buy a new Road King. Basically ignored again. Didn't even want to discuss a trade. Sold it for 19k privatly and bought elsewhere.33k sale down the drain.

Saying all that there are a couple of blokes in spares who have been awesome over the years. A couple only though.

Went to buy a new jacket a week before Christmas last year. Fuck all in stock. There new fashion coordinator didn't think summer gear was required before March in the new year. WTF

It's not the dollar issue but a bit of old fashioned service. ABW first vist and there after service has been bloody fantastic. Blair always interested in what you have been doing and happy to help with the smallest things. Good luck to them.
