Have searched but not found on the site.

I was watching a video on the S&S site today with the guy fitting a stealth air cleaner, he goes on to say that there shouldnt be any issues with tuning etc. if it is fitted to a stock bike?  Mine is a stock 07 fatboy apart from the drag pipes on it, not fitted by me and loud as hell, but anyway what are the thoughts on fitting this without a tuner etc. ? Opinions?  Thanks in adavance.
