Caution - Re-installing brake lever asembly

Had to do this on Saturday after swapping to a wider set of handle bars.

BE CAREFUL not to snap off the little plastic nipple at the end of the brake light switch plunger.

This is easy to do but difficult to fix.

Make sure that the brake lever is slightly pulled in when fitting the lever assembly to the RHS switch block , otherwise the pointy tip of the internal section of the lever will catch on the nipple and, if you start tightening up the clamp , it will snap off.

    I learnt the hard way.

I would guess that there is a similar arrangement on the clutch side so caution should be used there as well.

Luckily I read the manual first and it explained to put a spacer under the brake lever.
