Generally Smart Tune is enough for casual riding to get the best performance after making any Stage 1/2 modifications. If you have any popping look to your enleanment or decel tables depending on the scenario in which it occurs.
Leave the AFR tables to the experts as making the incorrect alterations can cause you serious damage if to lean or to rich.

Do you have any concerns with your current mapping?

I don't think you can go wrong with the TTS map. As Altra said leave the AFR's as is. I'm not sure if the SEPST does data recordings but if it does you could do a WOT run to see if you have any lean conditions. You can pick it up by looking at the 02 sensor voltage graphs. You can then correct those conditions be adding small percentages to the VE table areas in question. Other than that there's not much more to do. If down the track you decide to get a TTS tuner then you could do some VTuning. This tuner now does correction to the spark tables and the EGR's.
